Warranty Terms & Conditions attached to equipment sold by Tudawe Trading Co. (Pvt) Ltd.
Period of Warranty-12 months
Obligations of Tudawe Trading Co. (Pvt) Ltd under this warranty shall strictly be limited, at the option of Tudawe Trading Co. (Pvt) Ltd., to repair during the warranty period any product which, in the opinion of the manufacturer, shows defect in workmanship or material. All decisions of Tudawe Trading Co. (Pvt) Ltd., with regard to this limited warranty, shall be final and conclusive.
This product is warranted by the manufacturer to be free of defects in workmanship and materials when used as specified in the Instruction Manual for a period of 12 months.
The specific warranty applies only to the electric motor and not for any wear and tear of parts and accessories.
Benefit of the warranty can be obtained only when this original invoice is produced along with the machine.
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear of parts and accessories due to usage.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper handling and overuse, freezing, heating, normal wear and tear or non-compliance with operator’s manual or due to inaccurate supply of voltage.
- Damage caused by water sediment, contaminated water supply or use of chemicals or detergents not approved by or recommended by the manufacturer.
- Damage caused by feeding in water with temperature more than 40° C in High Pressure Washers.
- Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fire, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.
- Devices or accessories not distributed or approved by Tudawe Trading Co (Pvt) Ltd. Any use of such devices or accessories will void the warranty.
- Repairs made by the end user or any Service center not authorized by the manufacturer/ Tudawe Trading Co. (Pvt) Ltd. Any such tampering with manufacturer’s equipment or accessories will void the warranty.
- Any damage that is caused during the stage of transport by the Client.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased through Tudawe Trading Co. (Pvt) Ltd.
To obtain the benefit of the warranty, the serial number on the machine should be clearly visible.
